Joan Giannone is a recognized mentor and trainer with over 25 years experience helping many organizations and Libraries achieve positive results, by focusing on communication and satisfaction for customers and staff.

Joan specializes in analyzing and resolving the obstacles to human performance, particularly around the issues of managing change, communication, motivation and large program implementations. Using a broad spectrum of insightful and effective approaches Joan has always achieved measurable improvements in performance, and has been a positive catalyst for organizational transformation.

As President of Mentor Group Training Inc., Joan has dedicated all her company’s energy over the last 5 years to supporting the progress and success of Libraries.
